• Role & Company / Project Overview Artech is seeking an AWS Support Engineer for a long-term contract position based onsite in Orange, CT. The engagement has an expected duration of 24+ months. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Support day-to-day operations and production support for cloud contact center environments. - Handle production incidents, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution. - Implement system enhancements and integrations across cloud contact center components. - Utilize AWS services including Amazon Connect, Lambda, and CloudWatch to ensure optimal performance and reliability. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Proven experience as an AWS Support Engineer. - Strong background and hands-on experience with Amazon Connect / Cloud Contact Center (CCaaS). - Experience with AWS services such as AWS Lambda and Amazon CloudWatch. - Strong troubleshooting and production incident management capabilities. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Orange, Connecticut, United States. - Work Model: Onsite. - Contract Duration: 24+ Months. • Compensation & Benefits - Standard contract compensation terms as per company guidelines. • Application Instructions Interested candidates can share their profile or reach out via direct message to Anshuman Singh using the designated contact email.
