• Role & Company / Project Overview Beeu Tech is hiring an Amazon Connect Architect on a C2C (Corp-to-Corp) contract basis to lead and architect cloud contact center solutions. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Architect, design, and implement contact center solutions using Amazon Connect. - Work closely with client and technical teams to define cloud contact center infrastructure, routing strategies, integrations, and telephony workflows. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Proven expertise as an Amazon Connect Architect delivering enterprise contact center solutions. - Strong technical proficiency in AWS services, contact center technologies, telephony, and integrations. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Seattle, WA. - Engagement Type: Contract (C2C). • Compensation & Benefits - Contract / C2C hourly/daily rate as negotiated. • Application Instructions - Please submit your profile and resume directly for consideration.
