Role & Company / Project Overview: Logfix is hiring an experienced Technical Architect to lead the delivery of medium to large, complex technology architectures and solutions for enterprise clients across industries. The role involves pre-sales, business analysis, solution design, technical leadership, and project delivery, with strong client-facing responsibilities. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead technical solution design from pre-sales/RFP through implementation. • Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and technology impacts. • Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and prepare Solution Design Documents. • Design scalable Salesforce solutions for complex business requirements. • Develop prototypes and assess technical feasibility and trade-offs. • Define configurations, user stories, business rules, and technical solutions. • Present solutions to clients and key stakeholders. • Act as Technical Lead, mentoring project teams and driving delivery. • Collaborate with Project Managers, Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients. • Support sprint planning, cross-technology issues, and risk mitigation. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in technical architecture and software delivery. • Strong technical architecture, business analysis, solution design, client engagement, and technical leadership capabilities. • In-depth expertise in Salesforce architecture, enterprise architecture, scalability, security, cloud, and integrations. • Proven experience handling RFP/pre-sales processes, requirement gathering, and client presentations. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Job Type: Permanent full-time employment. • Location: PAN India. Compensation & Benefits: • Budget: 35 to 38 LPA + 5% Variable.
