### Role & Company / Project Overview Novia Infotech Inc. is hiring a Full-Stack Developer for a contract opportunity in Phoenix, Arizona. The position is on a hybrid model for a duration of 6+ months. Note: Local candidates only (must be currently based in Arizona). ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Develop, integrate, and maintain full-stack web applications and robust REST APIs. • Implement and support Identity and Access Management (IAM), OAuth, OIDC, SSO, and RBAC/ABAC protocols. • Integrate identity solutions such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or Auth0. • Design, manage, and query SQL and NoSQL databases. • Work with cloud infrastructure, containerized environments, and CI/CD automation pipelines. • Implement security engineering practices, automation, and secrets management. • Collaborate on initiatives involving Generative AI / LLMs and AI security. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 6+ years of professional software development experience. • Strong programming proficiency in Python using FastAPI, Flask, or Django. • Solid front-end development skills with React, Angular, or Vue.js along with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. • Demonstrated hands-on experience with IAM protocols: OAuth, OIDC, SSO, RBAC/ABAC. • Practical experience with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or Auth0. • Expertise in REST APIs and complex system integrations. • Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases. • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). • Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Git. • Strong background in security engineering, automation, and secrets management. • Exposure to Generative AI / Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI security. • Local residency requirement: Must be based in Arizona. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Phoenix, AZ 85054. • Work Model: Hybrid. • Duration: 6+ Months. ### Compensation & Benefits • Pay Rate: Up to $50/hr C2C (Max). ### Application Instructions • Interested local candidates should submit their updated resume for consideration.
