Job description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with strong expertise in Salesforce platform development, solution architecture, and team leadership. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing scalable Salesforce solutions while leading technical delivery across enterprise projects. Key responsibilities include leading Salesforce development and technical solution design, designing scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce, developing and optimizing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware, guiding development teams through code reviews, best practices, and technical mentoring, collaborating with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, ensuring application performance, security, and scalability, and supporting deployments, release management, and production issue resolution. Required skills include 8+ years of Salesforce development experience, strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL, experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, hands-on experience with integrations, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines, knowledge of Git, DevOps, and Agile methodologies, Salesforce certifications preferred, and excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
