Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong experience across DevOps, software delivery, mobile application releases, automation, and production/field issue troubleshooting. The role focuses on DevOps, MobileOps, CI/CD, Software Automation, and AI-Enabled Engineering. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Oversee and execute software delivery, build automation, artifact management, release branching, and deployment automation. - Support Android & iOS application releases, including mobile signing, certificates, provisioning, packaging, and deployment. - Conduct strong log/telemetry analysis and root-cause investigation. - Perform troubleshooting across application, mobile, cloud, network, device, and firmware layers. - Implement and leverage AI copilots, LLMs, or agentic workflows for engineering productivity. - Demonstrate strong technical ownership, communication, technical leadership, and follow-through. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 5+ years of relevant experience. - Strong software development & scripting experience in Python, PowerShell, Bash, C#/.NET, TypeScript, or JavaScript. - Hands-on CI/CD experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Git, etc. - Direct experience supporting Android & iOS application releases. - Strong expertise in log/telemetry analysis and multi-layer troubleshooting. - Experience with AI copilots, LLMs, or agentic engineering workflows. • Preferred Qualifications - Medical device / healthcare technology experience. - Familiarity with IEC 62304 Class C, ISO 14971, ISO 13485, and FDA design controls. - Experience with cybersecurity, requirements traceability, and release evidence. - Working knowledge of Azure / cloud platforms, IaC, containers, and observability. - Background in Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), embedded systems, and firmware integration. - Experience with device simulators / hardware-in-the-loop environments. - Experience with connected medical products or mobile product launches. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work Model: Onsite - Location: Plano, TX 75024 • Application Instructions - Interested candidates can share their updated resume, work authorization, and contact details.
