Role & Company / Project Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer specializing in DevOps and Mobile Operations for a long-term onsite role in Plano, Texas. The position supports software delivery, mobile product launches, and production/field support within a medical device environment. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Support continuous software delivery, automation workflows, and mobile application releases. • Assist with mobile product rollouts, field support, and ongoing production operations. • Perform in-depth troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for system and deployment issues. • Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, DevOps, Release Engineering, SRE, or related fields. • Strong programming and scripting capabilities. • Hands-on CI/CD and DevOps experience utilizing Cloud/Azure, Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions. • Demonstrated experience managing Android and iOS application releases. • Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and root-cause analysis skills. • Preferred: Experience with medical-device software, IEC 62304, ISO 14971, ISO 13485, FDA design controls, embedded systems, BLE, firmware integration, or connected medical products.
