Job description

We are hiring a Python Backend Engineer (GenAI) for a leading IT Services/Consulting organization. This role is suitable for professionals with strong backend development expertise and hands-on experience building production-ready Generative AI applications. Key responsibilities include developing backend systems using Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI, integrating LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama), building intelligent workflows with LangChain or LangGraph, and developing RAG pipelines with vector databases like Pinecone or PGVector. Candidates must have experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL, REST API design, Git, and software design principles. The position is based in Noida with a hybrid work schedule (office on Mondays and Thursdays). Qualifications include a full-time B.E./B.Tech with minimum 60% in 10th, 12th, and graduation, good English and Hindi communication skills, and stable career history. Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, CI/CD, OAuth2, JWT, and API security is advantageous.
