### Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Technical Lead with strong hands-on expertise in S/4HANA development and RICEFW. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on technical expertise, technical lead capability, and client-facing communication skills to drive success in full-lifecycle implementations. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Lead technical ABAP development across full lifecycle SAP implementations • Manage and develop RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms & Workflow) • Develop modern S/4HANA solutions utilizing ABAP OO, Core Data Services (CDS Views), AMDP, and RAP (RESTful Application Programming Model) • Build and manage OData V2/V4 services and SAP Gateway integration • Enable and support SAP Fiori/UI5 applications • Work on integration pipelines using SAP CPI and PI/PO • Implement clean core architectures and solutions tailored for S/4HANA RISE and Private Cloud environments • Perform rigorous debugging and performance tuning using ST05, SQL Trace, and Code Inspector • Prepare detailed technical specifications, participate in Fit-to-Standard workshops, and conduct Show & Tell demonstrations ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Total Experience: 8–12+ years of SAP ABAP Development • Proven track record of 2–3+ Full Lifecycle SAP Implementations • Prior experience functioning as a Technical/ABAP Lead • Deep expertise in RICEFW: Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms & Workflow • Strong proficiency in ABAP OO, CDS Views, AMDP, and RAP • Solid experience in OData V2/V4 & SAP Gateway • Experience in Fiori/UI5 enablement and SAP CPI / PI/PO integration • Familiarity with S/4HANA RISE / Private Cloud & Clean Core concepts • Proficient in ST05, SQL Trace, and Code Inspector for debugging & performance tuning • Domain exposure to SAP FI/CO, MM, or TRM modules • Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India (Onsite) • Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred ### Compensation & Benefits • Not specified ### Application Instructions • Interested and eligible candidates are invited to share their updated CV with the recruitment team via the designated contact email.
