Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Architect to design, build, and optimize modern cloud-based data platforms. The role involves designing scalable, secure, and high-performance data architectures, building and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines for large-scale data processing, developing Lakehouse, Data Lake, and Data Warehouse solutions, and creating cloud-native data platforms using Azure, AWS, or GCP. Responsibilities include designing data models for analytics, reporting, and machine learning, implementing CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), building real-time streaming solutions using Kafka, Flink, and Event Hubs, ensuring data governance, security, compliance, and quality standards, optimizing platform performance and cost efficiency, and mentoring engineering teams. Required skills include Python, SQL, PySpark, Apache Spark, Delta Lake, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, cloud platforms, data modeling, data warehousing, ETL/ELT design, Git, CI/CD, Terraform, Apache Kafka, Apache Flink, and data governance.
