Role & Company / Project Overview: PMCS Services is seeking an experienced BMC Helix Developer for a long-term contract role (C2C, W2, or 1099) to design, configure, and automate enterprise ITSM solutions across BMC Helix Digital Workplace (DWP), Smart IT, and Helix Workflows / Innovation Studio. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Design and publish dynamic Service Request forms using DWP and DWP Catalog • Configure multi-step approval workflows and user entitlement sets • Customize Smart IT views, fields, ticket templates, and Knowledge Management workflows • Build process workflows, rules, and associations using Innovation Studio • Maintain legacy Remedy AR System workflow objects, including Filters, Active Links, and Escalations • Develop enterprise integrations and automation solutions Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 5+ years of relevant experience • Hands-on experience with BMC Helix DWP, DWP Catalog, Smart IT, and Innovation Studio • Strong understanding of ITIL v4 processes, including Incident, Change, Service Request, and Asset/CMDB • Proven experience working with REST APIs, JSON/XML, and database/SQL logic • Extensive background in ITSM and enterprise systems integration Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Austin, Texas, United States (Remote / Hybrid work arrangement) • Engagement: Full-Time Long-Term Contract (C2C / W2 / 1099) Application Instructions: Interested candidates should email their resume for review.
