Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 professional to administer and support Microsoft Copilot services, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and enable enterprise AI solutions. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Administer and support Microsoft Copilot services and enterprise AI solutions. - Troubleshoot identity, permissions, integrations, and cloud service issues. - Handle AI governance, service management, monitoring, and adoption reporting. - Follow and apply ITIL-based service management practices. - Manage SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Graph, and Microsoft Entra ID environments. - Work with Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and AI agents. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 5+ years of Microsoft 365 administration, engineering, or Level 3 technical support experience. - Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI services. - Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Graph, and Microsoft Entra ID. - Experience with Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and AI agents. - Proven background troubleshooting identity, permissions, integrations, and cloud service issues. - Solid experience with AI governance, service management, monitoring, and adoption reporting. - Familiarity with ITIL-based service management practices. - Preferred: Microsoft Copilot or AI-related certifications. - Preferred: Microsoft Graph integrations and Power Platform administration. - Preferred: Experience with Azure AI Foundry. - Eligibility: Candidates must currently reside in the Austin, TX area. Relocation candidates will not be considered. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Austin, TX (Onsite 4–5 days per week). - Must be available to work onsite 4–5 days per week. • Application Instructions Interested candidates can share their updated resume.
