Job description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceMax Architect for a long-term contract opportunity with one of our clients. The role requires 10+ years of experience in Technical Architecture and Enterprise Solution Design, with strong expertise in ServiceMax and Salesforce Service Cloud. Hands-on experience with ServiceMax configuration, customizations, workflows, integrations, mobile enablement, and global deployments is essential. A deep understanding of Field Service Management processes including Work Order Management, Dispatching, Scheduling, Preventive Maintenance, Installed Base, Technician Mobility, and Service Operations is required. Candidates must have strong knowledge of Salesforce Platform Architecture, Security Model, Data Model, Integration Patterns, Release Management, and Governance. This is a contract position based in the United States.
