### Role & Company / Project Overview Urgent hiring for Agency Manager (AM) in the Base Agency Channel within the Insurance / BFSI sector. Join our team to grow your career and drive agency distribution. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Supervise and expand the agency distribution network. • Recruit high-potential insurance advisors and guide them through onboarding and sales processes. • Implement sales strategies, generate quality leads, and foster cross-selling of insurance solutions. • Conduct regular reviews and provide hand-holding to advisors to meet business targets. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Proven experience in Insurance, BFSI, Agency Channel, Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Cross-selling. • Prior experience in advisor recruitment, management, and enablement is preferred. • Solid sales acumen and relationship-building capabilities. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Vapi, Gujarat, India. • Work Mode: Onsite / Field Sales. ### Compensation & Benefits • CTC: ₹3,00,000 to ₹4,20,000 per annum (₹3.00 LPA – ₹4.20 LPA). • Mobile Reimbursement. • Travelling Allowance. ### Application Instructions • Interested candidates can share their updated CV on priority for upcoming interview opportunities.
