Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong expertise in Data Warehousing, Advanced SQL, Data Analysis, and Technical Documentation. Candidates located nearby are preferred. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Conduct advanced SQL queries and detailed data analysis • Lead business requirements gathering and manage stakeholder expectations • Create Source-to-Target Mapping (STM), Project Definition Documents (PDD), and detailed functional and technical specifications • Oversee and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and testing cycles • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, data engineers, developers, and QA teams Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 8+ years of relevant experience • Expertise in Data Warehousing (DWH) • Advanced SQL and Data Analysis skills • Proficient in Source-to-Target Mapping (STM) • Strong experience in PDD, Functional & Technical Specifications drafting • Solid background in Business Requirements Gathering and Stakeholder Management • Proven experience with UAT & Testing • Essential experience collaborating with business stakeholders, data engineers, developers, and QA teams • Preferred Skills: Snowflake, Oracle, Greenplum, and Alteryx Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Vancouver, Washington, United States • Work Arrangement: Remote (First 2 weeks onsite; preferred nearby candidates) Compensation & Benefits: • Not specified Application Instructions: • Interested candidates are invited to share their updated resume or reach out for more details
