• Role & Company / Project Overview Career Innovate is hiring a Technical Lead II – Java & AWS on behalf of one of their global technology clients to help architect, build, deploy, scale, and secure enterprise cloud-native applications and distributed systems. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead the architecture, implementation, and deployment of scalable, secure cloud-native distributed microservices. - Mentor, guide, and support software engineering team members on technical design and development best practices. - Design and develop robust backend services and REST APIs. - Manage and maintain modern CI/CD deployment pipelines. - Work across modern data storage, caching, and event-driven messaging architectures. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 7 to 10 years of hands-on professional software engineering and leadership experience. - Backend expertise: Strong hands-on proficiency in Java 17+, Spring Boot, and REST APIs. - Cloud & DevOps expertise: Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes/EKS, and CI/CD pipelines. - Data & Messaging systems: Working experience with PostgreSQL/Aurora, Redis, and event-driven systems (Kafka/SQS/SNS). - Proven capability in building secure, scalable microservices and distributed systems. - Demonstrated background in technical mentoring and engineering leadership. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Professional full-time engagement for a global technology client. • Application Instructions Submit your updated CV/resume directly to the talent acquisition email address or explore further opportunities on the company portal.
