Role & Company / Project Overview: ASA Tech Solutions is seeking a Senior Data Engineer with 10-12+ years of experience in Data Engineering and Data Warehousing to join a high-impact Healthcare Data Modernization initiative. The role focuses on modern cloud data solutions, Snowflake, SQL, Medallion Architecture, and Provider Data Management. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Design and implement scalable Snowflake-based data platforms • Build and maintain Medallion Architecture frameworks (Bronze, Silver, Gold) • Develop high-performance ETL/ELT pipelines and SQL solutions • Manage and optimize Provider Data and Provider Network datasets • Lead solutioning discussions with business and technical stakeholders • Drive data quality, governance, and best practices across platforms • Mentor team members and provide technical leadership • Conduct architecture reviews, requirement gathering, and technical workshops Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 10-12+ years of experience in Data Engineering and Data Warehousing • Strong Healthcare domain expertise with Provider Data experience (mandatory) • Snowflake Data Warehouse Development expertise • Advanced SQL & Performance Tuning • Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold) • Healthcare Provider Data & Provider Network Domain • ETL/ELT Pipeline Development • Data Modeling & Data Warehousing • Master Data Management (MDM) • Data Governance, Lineage & Data Quality • Git & CI/CD Best Practices • Stakeholder Management & Solution Design Workshops • Excellent communication and client-facing skills • Preferred Skills: Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks, dbt, Python, Azure Cloud Services, Agile/Scrum, and Healthcare Analytics & Reporting Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Work Mode: Remote / Hybrid Compensation & Benefits: • Not specified Application Instructions: Interested candidates can reach out via direct message or email their profile for consideration.
