Role & Company / Project Overview We are actively hiring for the position of Principal Azure Cloud Architect for a contract engagement spanning 960 hours. This role allows candidates to be based anywhere across the United States with travel required as necessary. Open to candidates with no visa restrictions. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Lead architecture and design initiatives focusing on Azure Local and enterprise hybrid cloud modernization. • Architect, implement, and maintain enterprise Azure Landing Zones. • Develop and execute comprehensive disaster recovery (DR) and resiliency solutions across cloud infrastructure. • Direct Azure cloud migrations and ensure complete operational readiness. • Oversee end-to-end Azure cloud architecture, infrastructure planning, and optimization. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Senior-level profile with 15+ years of overall IT experience. • Strong hands-on expertise in Azure Local Architecture & Design. • Extensive experience designing and deploying Azure Landing Zones. • In-depth background in Hybrid Cloud Modernization, Disaster Recovery, and Resiliency solutions. • Demonstrated success in Azure Migration, Cloud Infrastructure, and Operational Readiness. • Strong problem-solving, architectural design, and communication capabilities.
