Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a Citrix L3 Engineer for a contract position based in Sydney. The candidate must hold Australian Full working rights (mandatory). Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Provide high-level technical support for Citrix environments in a large enterprise setting. • Act in an L3 Engineer or Technical Lead capacity managing complex issues. • Manage Major Incidents and Problem Records within an ITIL framework. • Implement and maintain virtualization and cloud configurations using PowerShell scripting. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 12+ years of experience supporting Citrix environments in a large enterprise setting. • Minimum 6+ years of experience in an L3 Engineer or Technical Lead role. • Strong experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD). • Strong experience with Citrix Cloud / DaaS. • Strong experience with Citrix NetScaler ADC/Gateway. • Strong experience with Microsoft Azure. • Strong experience with FSLogix/EPM. • Proficient in PowerShell Scripting. • Experience managing Major Incidents and Problem Records within an ITIL framework. • Australian Full working rights are mandatory.
