• Role & Company / Project Overview: The Faculty (The Faculty Online Learning Group) is hiring dedicated, engaging, and passionate South African Online ESL Teachers / English Tutors. This position offers teachers the opportunity to conduct online classes for international students in a supportive, dynamic educational environment. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Teach English online to international students. - Think on your feet and maintain engaging, natural conversations flowing throughout the lessons. - Build dynamic discussions centered around lesson topics. - Use provided curriculum materials creatively and effectively in the classroom. - Create a highly interactive, communicative, and encouraging online classroom environment. - Assess student performance and deliver constructive, personalized feedback. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 120-hour TEFL/TESOL certificate (required). - Bachelor’s Degree (must/required; image notes bachelor's degree as a plus). - Strong English communication skills and a confident, communicative, and interactive approach. - Confidence using Zoom and online teaching platforms. - Strong online classroom presence and a positive, tenacious, can-do attitude. - Experience creating ESL lesson plans is a plus. • Technical Requirements: - Laptop/PC: Intel i5 or higher / equivalent. - Minimum 8GB RAM. - Fibre internet: Minimum 25 Mbps upload and download via LAN connection. - UPS providing approximately 4–5 hours of backup power. - Mini-UPS dedicated for the router. - Noise-cancelling headset. - HD webcam. - Quiet, dedicated, professional workspace. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Work Model: Fully Remote / Work from Home (South Africa). - Available Shift Options (South African Standard Time - SAST): * Weekday Shifts (Monday–Friday): - 09:00–17:00 - 11:00–20:00 - 15:00–22:00 - 16:00–00:00 * Weekend Shifts (Saturday–Sunday): - 08:00–15:00 - 09:00–17:00 - 12:00–20:00 - 14:00–22:00 • Compensation & Benefits: - Fully remote teaching from home. - Relatively flexible scheduling options. - World-class training and ongoing support. - Valuable online teaching experience with international students. • Application Instructions: Interested applicants should send their CV and TEFL Certificate via email to the contact provided, using the subject line format: Name + Surname + (DP-LI).
