• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are expanding our hospitality engineering division in Rohini, Delhi and are hiring a competent and experienced professional for the position of Shift Engineer / Supervisor / Executive. This position oversees shift operations across all plant, mechanical, and electrical installations. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Supervise and oversee day-to-day engineering and maintenance operations during assigned shifts. - Ensure uninterrupted functionality of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and HVAC systems throughout the hotel. - Direct technical staff and technicians in resolving maintenance issues and guest room service complaints. - Monitor plant operations, utility consumptions, and maintain daily engineering shift logs. - Ensure strict adherence to hospitality safety standards, environmental protocols, and operational procedures. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering. - Proven supervisory or executive experience in hotel engineering or facility management operations. - Strong problem-solving, team management, and communication skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Shift-based operational hours in Rohini, Delhi, India. - Work arrangement: Onsite. • Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive salary package aligned with hospitality standards. • Application Instructions: - Share your updated resume with the hiring team for evaluation.
