• Role & Company / Project Overview Risingsun is hiring an experienced Solution Architect with a strong background in enterprise architecture, digital transformation, and technology leadership to drive strategic transformation initiatives in complex enterprise environments. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Drive strategic digital transformation initiatives across complex enterprise environments. - Architect and oversee solutions leveraging modern technology stacks. - Lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing technical teams. - Align enterprise architecture with business objectives using industry frameworks. - Manage stakeholder expectations and deliver high-impact technical presentations. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. - 10+ years of overall IT experience, including at least 5 years dedicated to Solution Architecture or Transformation Leadership. - Proven track record of leading digital transformation projects in complex enterprise environments. - Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and Zachman. - Hands-on experience with cloud computing, data analytics, cybersecurity, and modern application development. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and guide teams. - Preferred Certifications: TOGAF, AWS / Azure Architect, PMP (Project Management Professional). • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Randburg, South Africa (2030). - Work Mode: 100% On-Site. - Contract Duration: 12 Months. • Application Instructions - Submit an updated CV via email. - Please provide current rate, expected rate, notice period, current location, nationality, and passport/visa copy (for non-South African citizens).
