Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview: Kapston Services Limited is looking for an experienced CNC / VMC Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our growing organization in the Automobile / Manufacturing industry in Pune. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC/VMC machines. - Troubleshoot electrical control panels, machine circuits, PLCs, VFDs, and servo drives. - Maintain servo motors, spindle motors, sensors, relays, and contactors. - Diagnose faults in Siemens, Fanuc, and Mitsubishi CNC controllers. - Read electrical wiring diagrams and replace/perform component replacement on faulty parts. - Minimize machine downtime and ensure/support smooth production operations. - Maintain maintenance/preventive maintenance records and follow LOTO, electrical safety, and 5S practices. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Educational Qualification: Diploma / BE in Electrical Engineering. - Experience: 2–3 Years. - Hands-on experience in CNC/VMC electrical maintenance. - In-depth knowledge of PLC, VFD, servo drives, and industrial control panels. - Strong electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Job Type: Full-Time. - Location: Hadapsar, Pune, Maharashtra, India. • Compensation & Benefits: - Salary: ₹30,000–₹32,000 Take-Home per Month. - PF & ESIC as applicable. - Canteen facility. - Overtime and other benefits as per company policy. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates can share their updated resumes via the provided email or contact phone/WhatsApp.
