Job description

Zodiac Solutions, Inc is seeking an experienced Amazon Connect Architect for an onsite role in Plano, TX. Candidates must possess 12+ years of experience in enterprise-scale cloud contact center solutions and AWS architecture. Core responsibilities involve designing and implementing enterprise cloud contact center systems, configuring AWS networking and infrastructure via Terraform, writing Python or Java code, establishing CI/CD pipelines, and providing production support. Experience with conversational AI, speech analytics, GenAI/LLM integrations, agent assist, call summarization, PII protection, CloudWatch, Datadog, and Splunk is highly required. Candidates should also be familiar with WebRTC, call recording, and telephony platforms, with a proven ability to rapidly develop POCs and scale them into production environments.
