Role & Company / Project Overview: We are seeking a hands-on Solution Lead with deep technical expertise in Enterprise Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, GenAI, RAG, LLMs, and Agentic AI to spearhead innovative architectural initiatives. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Provide technical leadership and solution architecture for enterprise-grade applications. - Deliver hands-on AI-powered development, combining classical microservices with advanced LLM and Agentic workflows. - Design and implement end-to-end solutions incorporating RAG pipelines, AI Agents, function calling, and vector search. - Engage directly in customer-facing technical architecture discussions and stakeholder management. - Maintain robust deployment practices leveraging cloud platforms, containerization, and automated CI/CD pipelines. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 12 to 15 years of total professional software engineering and architecture experience. - 2 to 3+ years of dedicated hands-on experience in Generative AI. - Core Engineering: Java 11/17+, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices architecture. - GenAI & Agentic Stack: LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, Vector Databases, AI Agents, Agentic AI, Function Calling. - Frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI. - AI Development Tools: Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code. - Cloud & DevOps: AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines. - Strong customer-facing communication, technical leadership, and architectural design capabilities.
