### Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Harness CI/CD, AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, and DevOps automation to support enterprise-scale cloud and delivery platforms. This role requires hands-on ownership of CI/CD and cloud platforms, enterprise DevOps experience, and excellent troubleshooting skills. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Own and support enterprise-scale cloud and delivery platforms. • Manage CI/CD pipelines and release orchestration across multi-cloud and container environments. • Implement and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) and configuration management. • Enforce policy-as-code, repository governance, CI/CD governance, security, and compliance standards. • Develop REST API automations and platform integrations. • Write Python and Bash automation scripts for operational efficiency. • Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, pipeline, and container issues. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Experience: 10+ Years of total professional experience. • Harness CI/CD & Release Orchestration (RO): 2+ years. • Harness Administration: Templates, Connectors, Secrets, RBAC & Policies. • CI/CD Tools: Jenkins & GitHub Actions. • Cloud & Containers: AWS / EKS / Kubernetes / OpenShift. • Infrastructure as Code & Config: Terraform & Ansible. • Policy & Governance: Open Policy Agent (OPA) / Policy-as-Code, Git / GitOps / Repository Governance, CI/CD Governance, Security & Compliance. • Scripting & Integrations: Python & Bash Automation, REST API Automation & Platform Integrations. • Bonus / Nice-to-Have (Agentic AI): Experience or strong interest in Agentic AI, particularly LLM function/tool calling, OpenAI / Anthropic APIs, Model Context Protocol (MCP), AI-driven DevOps automation & troubleshooting, Automated incident response / Slack & ChatOps bots, and Human-in-the-loop guardrails. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Phoenix, Arizona, United States. • Work Model: Onsite / Office-based as required. ### Compensation & Benefits • Competitive enterprise compensation package. ### Application Instructions • Interested candidates, please submit your updated resume, work authorization copy, and LinkedIn profile link.
