Job description

We are seeking a highly technical AI Product & Copilot Agent Specialist with hands-on expertise in Generative AI and the Microsoft AI ecosystem. The role involves designing, building, deploying, and maintaining AI-powered copilots, custom GPTs, and chatbots. Key responsibilities include developing innovative solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio, optimizing AI products through prompt engineering, testing, monitoring, and analytics, partnering with Microsoft and internal engineering teams, analyzing adoption and performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive AI innovation. Qualifications include experience in enterprise Generative AI solutions, expertise with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, ChatGPT, or Custom GPTs, strong knowledge of conversational AI, prompt engineering, and excellent communication skills.
