Job description

We are seeking a highly hands-on Technical Product Owner with strong product, platform, AI, and testing skills to help turn the EP2 vision into a scalable self-service platform while owning delivery quality from requirements through production validation. The role involves partnering closely with the Product Manager to translate the vision into executable features, stories, and releases. Key responsibilities include defining and refining capabilities across Capability Maps, Self-Service Services, Workflow Composer, AI Assistant, and Knowledge Experiences; working with platform SMEs, engineers, architects, and business teams; driving backlog readiness, feature decomposition, acceptance criteria, dependency management, and release planning. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in highly technical platform environments involving APIs, data assets, events, workflows, capability models, and system integrations. A strong understanding of modern AI concepts including LLMs, RAG architectures, AI Assistants, agents, and prompt-driven experiences is required. The candidate should be capable of understanding technical architecture discussions, translating them into product requirements, and be comfortable hands-on testing or debugging. This is a long-term contract position requiring 12+ years of experience and local presence in Phoenix, AZ (3 days in office per week).
