Role & Company Overview: Chip Mong Industries is hiring an Assistant Manager, Product Engineering to oversee product specifications, engineering standards, and technical enhancements. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Oversee product engineering designs, technical specifications, and development processes. • Coordinate with production and quality control teams to ensure product compliance and performance. • Support engineering improvements, cost optimization, and new product introduction workflows. • Provide technical analysis and troubleshooting for manufacturing and engineering challenges. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Professional background in product engineering, mechanical/industrial engineering, or technical development. • Strong understanding of engineering principles, testing, and production compliance. • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
