• Role & Company / Project Overview NGSC is reopening the position for an experienced Kubernetes Platform DevOps Engineer to support enterprise cloud infrastructure and cloud-native platform initiatives on a contract basis. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Support enterprise cloud infrastructure and platform engineering initiatives. - Build, deploy, and manage highly available, scalable production environments. - Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation workflows. - Drive infrastructure automation and orchestration across cloud platforms. - Configure and support monitoring, logging, and observability tools. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 12+ years of professional DevOps and platform engineering experience. - Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker. - Expertise in Ansible and Terraform for infrastructure automation. - Proven track record with CI/CD pipelines and automated delivery. - Broad experience across cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenStack, or OpenShift. - Strong Linux system administration skills and Python scripting capabilities. - Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, or Datadog. - Experience managing mission-critical, highly scalable production systems. - Preferred: Telecom or voice-services platform experience, large-scale Kubernetes environments, and virtual machine to Kubernetes migration experience. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. - Work Model: 100% Onsite.
