• Role & Company / Project Overview Hiring a Learning Experience Leader / Process Trainer for International BPO operations based in Noida. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Deliver process training and manage batch inductions - Conduct Training Needs Identification (TNI) and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) - Develop, update, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) - Maintain reporting, monitor SLAs, and actively work to control attrition and shrinkage metrics • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum 1 year of International BPO experience - At least 12 months as a Process Trainer on paper - Hands-on experience in TNI/TNA, induction, SOPs, reports, SLA, attrition, and shrinkage - Voice/chat experience preferred - Excellent communication skills • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India (On-site) - Shifts: Comfortable working in 24x7 rotational shifts - Joining: Immediate joiners preferred; some positions allow up to a 10-day notice period • Compensation & Benefits - CTC: Up to ₹7 LPA (INR 7,00,000 per annum) • Application Instructions Share your updated resume via DM or directly with the recruiter.
