Role & Company / Project Overview: Victorious Credit is expanding its HR team and is seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern (female candidate preference) who is passionate about People, Recruitment, and HR Operations. This role provides an opportunity to learn, grow, and gain real-world human resources experience. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Recruitment & candidate sourcing • Interview coordination & follow-ups • Joining & onboarding processes • Employee documentation & records management • Attendance management & HR operations • Handling day-to-day HR activities Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Freshers, HR students, and HR graduates are eligible to apply. • Good communication skills. • Positive attitude and willingness to learn. • Candidate must be comfortable working on-site from the Noida office. • Preference for female candidates. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: C-Block, Sector 63, Noida. • Work Mode: Work From Office. Compensation & Benefits: • Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000 per month.
