### Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring for Voice Process (Banking) based at Sector 127, Noida. This is a full-time Work From Office opportunity suitable for Graduate and Undergraduate candidates, both freshers and experienced professionals, possessing good English communication skills. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Handle inbound customer queries and service requests • Upsell banking products and services • Process Debit/Credit Card upgrades • Facilitate Credit Card EMI conversions • Assist with Home/Personal Loan top-ups • Promote and cross-sell insurance offerings ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Education: Graduate / Undergraduate • Experience: Open to both Freshers and Experienced candidates • Skills: Good English communication skills are mandatory ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Workplace Type: Work From Office • Location: Sector 127, Noida (Near Okhla Bird Sanctuary Metro Station / Sector 126 Police Station) • Working Hours: 9 Hours/Day • Shift: Day Shift (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM window) • Working Days: 6 Days Working with Rotational Weekly Offs ### Compensation & Benefits • Salary: Up to ₹25,000 CTC/month • Additional: Attractive Incentives + ESIC/Mediclaim benefits ### Application Instructions Interested candidates can apply by sharing their updated CV via email.
