• Role & Company / Project Overview: Urgent hiring for an experienced COBOL / Mainframe Developer with strong Banking & Core Banking experience and hands-on exposure to Core Banking System (CBS) customization and development. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Develop, customize, enhance, and maintain COBOL/Mainframe applications. - Understand business and technical requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Perform Core Banking System (CBS) development and customization. - Analyze and resolve application defects, production issues, and system incidents. - Perform coding, debugging, unit testing, enhancements, and application maintenance. - Conduct impact analysis and troubleshoot batch/online processing issues. - Collaborate with business teams, functional teams, and technical stakeholders. - Support application releases and ensure timely delivery of assigned enhancements. - Participate in production support, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution. - Follow coding standards, development processes, and documentation practices. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field. - Experience: 5–10 Years. - Mandatory Skills: COBOL, IBM Mainframe, Banking / Core Banking Domain, Hands-on CBS Development / Customization, B@nCS / BaNCS exposure. - Good to Have Skills: JCL, DB2, CICS, Production Support, Core Banking Modules & Workflows, Banking Application Development. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India - Employment Type: Full-Time • Application Instructions: - Submit your CV directly to the specified email address.
