Key responsibilities include maintaining property standards, hygiene, and compliance; coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams; handling resident onboarding, move-ins, move-outs, and documentation; ensuring timely rent collections and accurate reporting; and building a positive community through resident engagement initiatives. Candidates should have a hospitality or operations background, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset. Immediate joiners preferred.
