Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Continuous monitoring and controlling of Building Management Systems (BMS). • Supervise HVAC, electrical status, energy consumption, ventilation, and related building parameters via BMS console. • Identify alarms, system faults, or abnormal operations and dispatch technical support teams promptly. • Maintain operational logs, event records, and daily system status reports.
