Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a strong Workday Consultant with hands-on experience in Workday Integration, Workday Studio, and Production Support. This position is a 6 Months Contract-to-Hire (C2H) engagement. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot Workday integrations. - Work with Workday Studio, RaaS, Core Connectors, and Web Services/APIs. - Handle Procurement integrations, including PunchOut/cXML. - Provide production support, monitoring, incident resolution, RCA, failure recovery, and reprocessing. - Independently investigate integration issues and coordinate with stakeholders/vendors through resolution. - Work with Workday HCM, Finance, Procurement, reports, calculated fields, and security. - Translate functional requirements into effective technical integration solutions. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 6+ Years of relevant professional experience. - Mandatory Skills: Workday Integration, Workday Studio, RaaS, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services/APIs, PunchOut/cXML, Production Support, Troubleshooting & RCA. - Comprehensive experience working with Workday HCM, Finance, Procurement, calculated fields, and security. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Work Model: Hybrid model based in Mumbai. - Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST. - EST Overlap: May be required. • Compensation & Benefits: - Contractual engagement: 6 Months | C2H. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates can share their updated CV with the recruitment contact.
