Role & Company / Project Overview: TechForce Services is seeking an accomplished Salesforce Architect to join its expanding Salesforce division in Melbourne. This role focuses on high-level solution architecture, architectural governance, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions for client projects. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead architectural blueprinting, solution design, and technical oversight on Salesforce engagements. • Design robust, secure, and scalable solutions utilizing Salesforce Education Cloud and Public Sector Solutions (PSS). • Integrate and configure Omni capabilities into system workflows. • Work closely with internal engineering teams to provide hands-on technical direction, code review guidance, and architectural leadership. • Oversee the architecture and standards for APEX and Lightning Web Components (LWC). • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and scalability best practices. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Extensive hands-on architecture and design experience within the Salesforce ecosystem. • Practical experience with Salesforce Education Cloud. • Experience architecting solutions using Omni / OmniStudio. • Experience with Public Sector Solutions (PSS). • Hands-on technical background in APEX and Lightning Web Components (LWC). • Deep knowledge of Salesforce system architecture, data models, integration patterns, and security. • Proven track record of designing and building scalable, robust Salesforce solutions. • Strong collaborative and technical mentorship skills.
