Job description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD to lead enterprise-scale ServiceNow architecture, implementation, and platform transformation initiatives. The role requires proficiency in CMDB Architecture & Governance, Discovery & Service Mapping, Event Management & AIOps, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, MID Servers, REST/SOAP APIs, Employee Center & HR Case Management, JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules & ACLs, and Platform Security & Performance Analytics. Preferred certifications include ServiceNow CTA/CMA, CSA, CIS in ITSM, ITOM & HRSD, and ITIL Foundation. This is a remote 6+ months contract opportunity.
