• Role & Company / Project Overview Galaxy i Tech is looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Tech Lead / Architect to join their team in Malvern, PA. The role entails serving as a hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Tech Lead/Architect with strong experience across Dynamics CRM Online, Dataverse, Power Platform, integrations, data migration, ALM, and CRM solution design. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, develop, integrate, deploy, and support scalable CRM solutions. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead Dynamics 365 CRM implementation, development, and solution architecture - Gather business requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions - Conduct CRM solution approach and architecture workshops with stakeholders - Create High-Level Technical Designs and detailed solution documentation - Manage CRM Solutions, ALM, deployments, testing, UAT, and production environments - Troubleshoot complex application development issues and provide effective technical solutions - Work with Reports, Dashboards, and Power BI - Support CRM data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric and Azure Synapse - Work with Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and AI agents/chatbots - Provide deployment and production support within an Agile delivery model - Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and development teams • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 6 to 8 years of relevant technical experience - Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Dynamics CRM Online - Dataverse & CRM Entity Model - Power Platform - Power Automate & Connectors - Power Apps - CRM Plugins & JavaScript - CRM Data Modeling - API / ETL / Batch Integrations - Azure Data Factory / Synapse / Microsoft Fabric - Preferred: Experience with D365/M365 Copilot - Preferred: Copilot Studio & Azure AI Foundry - Preferred: Experience building AI agents/chatbots - Preferred: D365 Certifications (PL-600, PL-200, or AB-100) - Preferred: Knowledge of Azure Components and AZ-900 certification • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Malvern, Pennsylvania, United States • Compensation & Benefits - Standard full-time professional compensation package • Application Instructions - Interested candidates are invited to submit their updated resume to Galaxy i Tech via email.
