Job description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Project Coordinator to join a growing organization in Malta. The successful candidate will coordinate and manage multiple projects from planning to completion, develop project schedules, timelines, and resource plans, and manage client communication, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Responsibilities include monitoring project progress, quality, costs, and compliance, identifying risks, resolving issues, and supporting Project Coordinators within the team. The role requires experience in project coordination or management within construction or building services, a strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and risk management, excellent leadership and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools, a strong command of English, and a valid Category B driving licence. Maltese is an asset.
