Role & Company / Project Overview: Urgent hiring for an experienced Civil Site Engineer to join a growing building-project team focused on construction and building projects in Ludhiana, Punjab. Ludhiana local candidates are preferred, though candidates willing to relocate to Ludhiana are also welcome to apply. Immediate joining is required. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Supervise day-to-day construction and site activities • Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications and timelines • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects and project teams • Monitor quality of civil and structural work • Check measurements, material requirements and site progress • Manage site manpower and daily work allocation • Identify and resolve technical/site-related issues • Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation • Ensure proper execution of building projects within timelines Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Relevant professional experience in building and construction projects • Strong site execution and site supervision skills • In-depth knowledge of drawings, measurements, and estimation • Hands-on contractor and manpower handling experience • Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills • Demonstrated ability to take complete ownership of site responsibilities Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Work location: Ludhiana, Punjab • Immediate joiner required • Local candidates preferred or candidates willing to relocate Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: ₹50,000+ per month Application Instructions: • Interested candidates are invited to send their updated CV via email or contact through phone/WhatsApp as provided in the contact fields.
