Role & Company / Project Overview: Seeking an experienced Workday Solutions Engineer with strong techno-functional expertise in Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation. This is a 6-month contract role (Req ID: 109436-1). Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Handle Workday Core/Base Compensation and Advanced Compensation configuration & testing • Manage Workday Business Processes • Lead requirements gathering and solution design • Drive end-to-end implementation activities • Provide L3 production support, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) • Deliver AMS client support • Support and execute Annual Compensation Review (ACR) • Work across Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits & Security modules • Manage deployment, release support, and system enhancements Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 7+ years of relevant experience • Experience as a Functional Lead on 2+ end-to-end Workday HCM deployments • Proven track record supporting 3–4+ AMS clients with Base and Advanced Compensation • Techno-functional expertise in Workday Core/Base Compensation and Advanced Compensation • Preferred: Workday Advanced Compensation / Compensation Certification Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Los Angeles, CA / US Remote • Contract Duration: 6 Months Compensation & Benefits: • Not specified Application Instructions: • Interested candidates please share an updated resume with location, visa status, availability, and contact details.
