Role & Company / Project Overview: We are seeking fresh graduates to join our team as an International Recruitment Intern. This is a paid, full-time on-site internship role based in Johar Town, Lahore, offering a 3-month duration with the opportunity to lead to a permanent job position, providing hands-on experience in the international recruitment landscape. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Find and source potential candidates through LinkedIn • Search for candidates based on specific job requirements • Review LinkedIn profiles and shortlist relevant candidates • Reach out to candidates and introduce job opportunities • Conduct initial screening and vetting calls • Schedule and coordinate interviews • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process • Assist with recruitment documentation and onboarding • Support the complete recruitment cycle Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Fresh graduates holding degrees in BBA, BSCS, IT, HR, or other relevant fields • Confident in communicating with candidates • Good English communication skills • Willingness to learn and build a career in recruitment • Interest in international recruitment is considered a plus • No prior recruitment experience required Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Work Mode: On-site • Job Type: Full-Time internship (3 Months duration, leading to permanent position) • Location: Johar Town, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan Compensation & Benefits: • Paid Internship Application Instructions: • Interested candidates should apply by sending their CV via email with the subject line 'Recruitment Intern'.
