Job description
Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a Solution Architect (Engineering Development) for a leading enterprise software company based in Kochi. This is a full-time, onsite position reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Design end-to-end architecture for enterprise applications. • Define application, integration, and deployment architecture. • Design Microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven systems. • Govern cloud solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP incorporating DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). • Mentor Tech Leads and Senior Developers while ensuring adherence to architectural compliance and standards. • Lead comprehensive security reviews and architecture risk assessments. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 8 to 12+ years of overall experience in software development, including 3 to 5 years specifically in Solution or Technical Architecture. • Educational Qualification: B.Tech / BE / MCA in CS, IT, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage). • Must Have Skills: - Microservices, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), API Gateway, and High Availability design. - Containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes. - Relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB), message brokers like RabbitMQ or Kafka. - Security protocols and standards: OAuth, JWT, SSO, and secure coding practices. - Backend technologies: .NET / C#, Java, Node.js, or Python (Angular or React frontend experience preferred). • Preferred Certifications: - Azure Solutions Architect Expert - AWS Solutions Architect - Google Professional Cloud Architect - TOGAF - CKA / CKAD Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Kochi, Kerala, India. • Work Mode: Full Time, Onsite. Compensation & Benefits: • CTC: Up to 45 LPA (INR 4,500,000 per year).
