Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Payroll and Benefits for a contract engagement. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Requirements gathering, functional configuration, and troubleshooting. • Perform testing and production support across PeopleSoft HCM systems. • Support business processes in PeopleSoft Payroll and Benefits Administration. • Handle client interactions and communications effectively throughout the engagement. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 10+ years of functional consulting experience. • Core expertise in PeopleSoft HCM Functional, PeopleSoft Payroll, and Benefits Administration. • Strong understanding of HCM business processes. • Proven ability in functional configuration, troubleshooting, and production support. • Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
