• Role & Company / Project Overview Paves Technologies is hiring a ServiceNow SPM Senior Developer to build and configure Strategic Portfolio Management solutions on a large-scale program. This is a specialized, hands-on development role rather than a generic ITSM position, focusing on genuine SPM/ITBM/PPM implementation. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Build and configure ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions on a large-scale program. - Hands-on implementation of SPM modules including Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Portfolio Planning, Investment Funding, Financial Planning, and Resource Management. - Perform advanced scripting using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer. - Design and implement data models adhering to Common Service Data Model (CSDM) standards. - Develop and manage ServiceNow integrations and APIs. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 6 to 10 years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow development expertise. - Proven hands-on SPM / ITBM / PPM implementation experience. - Deep scripting proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer. - Solid understanding of CSDM, data modeling, and ServiceNow integrations/APIs. - Desired / Nice to have: Experience with Application Portfolio Management (APM), Enterprise Architecture (EA), IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and UI Builder. - Preferred Certifications: Certified Implementation Specialist - Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM), Certified System Administrator (CSA), or Certified Application Developer (CAD). • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: PAN India (Hybrid). - Employment Type: Full-time. • Compensation & Benefits - Standard company compensation based on experience. • Application Instructions - Submit resumes via email to the hiring team.
