• Role & Company / Project Overview: Fidelis Technology Services is hiring experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultants specializing in Redwood user experience and architecture across multiple locations in India. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Design, configure, and implement Oracle Fusion HCM Redwood user experience, pages, and components - Assist with adoption, personalization, and technical extensions using Visual Builder Studio (VBS) and Redwood design system - Support HCM functional workflows transition to the Redwood UI • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Proven experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Redwood features, page customization, and technical framework - Solid techno-functional understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM suite • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Joining Locations: Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Noida, Coimbatore, Delhi, Kolkata, Indore, Gujarat - L1 Virtual Interview: To be completed before 25th Sept'26 - F2F Interview: Indore – 26th Sept'26 • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates can share their updated resumes via email.
