Role & Company / Project Overview: Atidan is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Lead / Developer to design, develop, and lead technical development on the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow workflows, applications, and integrations. • Lead technical development streams and provide hands-on code development and code reviews. • Collaborate with functional analysts and clients to deliver scalable enterprise ServiceNow solutions. • Maintain best practices in ServiceNow administration, scripting, and system enhancement. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 10 years of professional software development and ServiceNow engineering experience. • Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), workflows, and integrations. • Demonstrated team leadership and solution development abilities.
