Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring a Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) Implementation Consultant. This is more than a traditional Business Analyst (BA) role; we are seeking a professional who can independently take business requirements from Discover to Define, Configure, Validate, and Demonstrate. The ideal candidate should be able to clearly articulate what they personally configured, the business problems they solved, the RCA approach utilized, and the validation methods applied. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Independently own functional deliverables across the full lifecycle. - Facilitate workshops and manage client-facing communication. - Create user stories and acceptance criteria. - Perform hands-on Salesforce configuration for Product Catalog, Pricing, Product Configuration, and Quoting. - Manage Amendments, Renewals, and Contract Lifecycle. - Oversee Orders and Revenue Lifecycle Management. - Conduct and support Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 4+ years of Salesforce implementation/consulting experience. - Hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud / Revenue Cloud Advanced. - Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes. - Direct hands-on Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) implementation experience (strongly preferred). - Understanding of RCA-to-RCB processes (strongly preferred). - Experience with complex Salesforce integrations (strongly preferred). - Experience with data migration involving products, pricing, contracts, quotes, or orders (strongly preferred). - Legacy Salesforce CPQ experience (strongly preferred). - Solid knowledge of Salesforce Flow, Security, Lightning, and Data Model (strongly preferred). • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Shift: 1 PM – 10 PM IST - Location: Remote • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified • Application Instructions - Interested candidates should submit their updated CV to the designated recruitment contact email.
